Wild Rose House is a small startup, women-owned and led business focus on consulting and coaching. We work with organizations on equality and inclusion, policy and strategy, advocacy and advising. We value respect, inclusion, collaboration, transparency, and creativity. We like to take a simple and straightforward approach to complex topics that focuses on people and practical solutions.
We work with individuals as coaches to advance skills around leadership, resiliency, strategy, inclusion (privilege, advocacy, compassion, leadership), career development and transitions (for example - life change, maternity return to work and grief).
We were born and raised in Alberta, Canada in Wild Rose Country and so when we thought of where we came from and where we were going, we thought of a meeting place - a place of intention - where we would have liked to learn and grow together. So, we welcome you to our house - WILD ROSE HOUSE!
Hi, I’m Leslie Cove.
I am a passionate inclusive leader, educator and coach. I bring a decade of equality and inclusion experience to my work including writing legislation, and working across the sports, culture, healthcare and child and family sectors. I’m an award-winning university professor and an experienced policy development specialist who excels at engagement, research, and writing.
More recently, I developed my communications and campaign skills as a senior leader in advocacy for the National Health Service England (NHS). I then became a certified coach to help you reach your goals and build capacity and spark change.

I’m a Doctor of Optometry, partner, busy parent, and certified coach. I work with individuals to advance skills around career development and transitions (for example, life change, maternity return to work and grief). I work with both men and women to talk about work-life balance, business ownership and decision-making. I have a simple and straightforward approach to complex topics that focuses on people and practical solutions that work for you, your family and who you want to grow into.

We work predominantly in Canada, the United States and the United Kindgom but we can work internationally.
We do most of our work virtually but can consider in person work as well.
We are incorporated and insured.
We accept different payments including paying by credit card and direct transfers.
